We will use Emotional Freedom Technique (aka “tapping”), combined with music, mantra, and movement practices to regulate our nervous systems, and invite more peace into our lives. This will be fun, and there will be hula hoops! You will leave smiling and with a few new tools in your basket for daily decompression.
